Place Tables in Adjacent Columns
Use
this trick in Word to put two tables adjacent to each other
on a two-column page:
1.
Insert
two tables, one above the other.
2.
Adjust
the column widths to ensure the total width of each table is
less than half the width of the page.
3.
Select
both tables.
4.
On the
Standard toolbar, click the Columns button, and then
drag the pointer to select 2 Columns.
